    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 環境温度の変化に対応して出力電圧が変化する温度検出
    回路であって、温度が高くなるに伴なって抵抗値が指数
    関数的に減少する抵抗素子と、温度が高くなるに伴なっ
    て抵抗値が指数関数的に増大する抵抗素子とを直列に接
    続して、温度が高くなるに伴なって抵抗値が指数関数的
    に減少する抵抗素子と温度が高くなるに伴なって抵抗値
    が指数関数的に増大する抵抗素子との間から出力電圧を
    取り出すことを特徴とする温度検出回路。
