Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）被検物の観察−撮影光学系からの光束を撮影装置
    と観察用接眼光学系とへ選択的に振り分けるための光路
    切換手段を有する光学観察撮影装置において、 前記観察用接眼光学系には光路切換手段からの観察用光
    束を第１光路と第２光路とへ分割するための光路分割手
    段が配置されており、前記第１光路には主観察用接眼光
    学系が、前記第２光路には副観察用接眼光学系がそれぞ
    れ配置されたことを特徴とする光学観察撮影装置。
  2. （２）副観察用接眼光学系には、第２光路の光軸を光路
    分割手段の入射光軸に対して第１光路の光軸と略直角を
    なすように偏向させる光路偏向手段が設けられているこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の光
    学観察撮影装置。
  3. （３）光路偏向手段は、ダハプリズムおよび該ダハプリ
    ズムからの光束を反転させるための反転光学部材からな
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載
    の光学観察撮影装置。
  4. （４）副観察用接眼光学系は、光路分割手段の入射光軸
    に対して回動自在であるとともに、ダハプリズム、該ダ
    ハプリズムからの光束を反転させるための反転光学部材
    および前記入射光軸回りの回動軸に対応して前記反転光
    学部材を第２光路の光軸の回りで回動させる調整部材を
    有していることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の光学観察撮影装置。
