    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）誘電体基板を広い接触面積をもつマウンティング
    金具を用いて金属ケースに固定してなるマイクロ波回路
    。
  2. （２）マウンティング金具の一部にマイクロ波増幅素子
    の固定、接地用の部分を設けたことを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のマイクロ波回路。
  3. （３）マイクロ波増幅素子の固定部分より空間を遮へい
    し、このマイクロ波増幅素子の入出力側をそれぞれ独立
    した遮へい空間とすることを特徴とするマイクロ波回路
    。
