Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the connection of a core for a transformer and a printed wiring board, and to remove a lead wire by making a projection for a fitment reach the printed wiring board. CONSTITUTION:A core 8 forms a closed magnetic circuit by combining EE type or EI type laminated cores. A bobbin 9 has collars at least both ends. Terminals 11 are studded to the collars of the bobbin 9, and a winding 12 is wound on the bobbin 9. A fitment 13 is connected electrically and mechanically on the magnetic core 8. A projection 14 by the cutting and erecting of the fitment 13 is connected to a printed wiring board 10. When assembling a transformer having such constitution, the bobbin 9 on which the winding 12 is wound and the magnetic core 8 are fitted first, and the magnetic core 8 and the fitment 13 are connected. 6の一端が接続されておシ、又この端子5には印刷配線
板4と接続されている。以上のように構成されたトラン
スについて以下その組立方法について説明する。
