部分には同一符号を付して示しである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷却を必要とする電子部品が内装されたエレクトロニク
    スモジュールを複数個組合せて構成される電子機器にお
    いて、前記エレクトロニクスモジュールを密閉容器中に
    収納すると共に、前記エレクトロニクスモジュール内部
    にモジュールを貫通する冷媒流路をもうけ、前記密閉容
    器の一端より供給された冷媒が前記冷媒流路を通り密閉
    容器の他端より冷媒供給側に帰還するように構成したこ
    とを特徴とする電子機器。
