    タのゲートと上記第２の電界効果形トランジスタのツー
    スとの間に挿入されるサイリスタ、該サイリスタのゲー
    ′。 ト・アノード間に挿入される第３の蝋界効果形トラジジ
    スタを具え、上記第３の電界効果形トランジスタが上記
    第１及び第２の電界効果形トランジスタのオフ動作時に
    オン駆動されることを４！−とするゲートターンオフ４
