Claims (1)
- ｔＭ向ハンドルの回転運動をステアリングリンケージの
運動に変換して操向車輪へ伝達するステアリングギア機
構と、電動モータの動力により操舵反力に対応した操舵
補助力を発生し該操舵補助力を前記操向車輪へ伝達して
前記操向ハンドルの操舵を助勢する操向補助力発生手段
と、前記操向ハンドルの操舵を検出する操舵検出手段と
、該操舵検出手段の出力信号に基づいて前記電動モータ
への通電を制御し、前記操向ハンドルが操舵された時の
み前記電動モータと車載バッテリとを接続して前記作動
モータへ電力を給電する通電制御手段と、を備えたパワ
ーステアリジグ装置において、前記通電制御手段が、前
記電動モータへの通電開始時に、前記車載バッテリと前
記電動モータとの間に抵抗を介在させ、前記電動モータ
の起動電流を低減することを特徴とするパワーステアリ
ング装置。
