  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　内部に加熱手段を持つヒートローラ、該ヒートロー
    ラに圧接する加圧ローラを構成し、用紙上に形成したト
    ラ−像を該両ローラ間を通し、加熱定着させる熱定着装
    置、該ヒー）ローラの表面温度を検知する温度検知手段
    、該温度検知手段の温度信号を入力とする温度制御手段
    、該′、　　　温度制御手段により制御される該ヒート
    ローラ内に設けられた加熱手段から成る複写機の熱定着
    装置において、 前記温度検知手段として非接触手段による温度センサー
    を構成し、該温度制御手段に第１の温度制御回路と第２
    の温度制御回路を構成し、第１の温度制御回路の出力信
    号を遅延する遅れ要素手段を構成し、該ヒートローラの
    ヒートアップ完了信号を確実に出力することを特徴とす
    る複写機の熱定装置。 ２　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、遅れ要素
    手段にＯＮ遅延とＯＦＦ遅延の遅れ要素を構成すること
    を特徴とする複写機の熱定着装置。
