Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）プラスチック材料により一体成形され内部に飲料
    水を充填して密封されたポリ詰飲料において、 容器の一部に封止して設けられた排出口と、上記排出口
    に対向する突起を有する一端がこの排出口に接続可能に
    形成されたストロ−とを備え、 上記ストロ−の一端を上記排出口は接続するとき上記突
    起が上記排出口内に貫入して上記ストロ−が上記容器の
    内部に連通ずるように構成されたこと を特徴とするストロ−付ポリ詰飲料。
  2. （２）排出口が突設されかつその突設された排出口の周
    囲に雄ネジが形成され、 ストロ−の一端の内部に上部雄ネジに螺合する酸ネジが
    形成され、 これらのネジが螺着した状態で上記突起が上記排出口内
    に貫入するように構成された実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項に記載のストロ−付ポリ詰飲料飲料。
  3. （３）ストロ−が屈撓自在に構成された実用新案登録請
    求第１項又は第２項に記載のストロ−付ポリ詰飲料飲料
    。
