第１図は本考案に係る連続式肝蔵凍結装置の縦断側面説
明図、第２図は同装置の無端ベルトコンベア端末側を示
した要部拡大斜視図である。 １・・・凍結箱体、２・・・入口、３・・・出口、４・
・・無端コンベアベルト、５…メツシユベルト、６…供
給導入箇所、訃・・肝蔵片、９・・・ノズル、１ｏ・・
・ガス状ヘリウム、１９・・・剥離導出箇所、２０・・
・回転ローラ、２１・・・剥離用突子、２２・・・液体
窒素、２３・・・貯槽。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）凍結箱体には、その入口から出口へ向は移送自在
    とした搬送装置のメツシュベルト上側部を、横向貫装す
    ると共に、ガス状ヘリウムを噴出自在としたノズルが内
    設され、上記メツシュベルト上側部の入口手前側には、
    肝蔵片を供給載置する供給導入箇所を形成し、同上側部
    の出口先行側である剥離導出箇所には、同箇所の内面側
    にあって、メツシュベルドの巾方向に外装状態にて軸承
    の回転ローラを臨設し、当該ローラにはメツシュベルト
    への刺入により、同ベルト上の刺入により、同ベルト上
    の凍結肝蔵片を剥離可能とした剥離用突子が突設されて
    なる連続式肝蔵片凍結装置。
  2. （２）ノズルは、メツシュベルト上側部の上面側と、内
    面側との夫々に向けて、ガス状ヘリウムを噴出するよう
    に配設されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    連続式肝蔵片凍結装置。
  3. （３）剥離導出箇所が、液体窒素の貯槽を配置しである
    先行側へ向け、剥離された凍結肝蔵片が落動して同貯槽
    に落人されるよう下降傾設されている実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の連続式肝蔵片凍結装置。
