Abstract

PURPOSE:To make possible to perform surely the detection of loading of goods and the detection of abnormal condition such as slide-down of said goods by installing a pair of inside and outside detection means on the device entitled above, which is suitable for a receiving/delivery device or the like of a crane for housing and delivery of goods in an automatic warehouse. CONSTITUTION:On a carriage 3 provided thereon with a receiving/delivery device 4, which can be moved horizontally, a pair of detection units 9, 10 are set in front and in the rear. Each of detection units 9, 10 consists of a pair of inside detection means 11a, 11b, which detect respective right and left sides of a container 6 with shorter width, and a pair of outside detection means 12a, 12b, which detect respective positions fairly shifting to the outer direction from right and left sides of a container 7 with longer width, and each of detection means consists of a light projector 13 and a light detector 14. Therefore, when one of inside detection means 11a, 11b comes to ON, or both inside detection means 11a, 11b and one of outside detection means 12a, 12b come to ON, said device sends out the detection signal for slide-down of said goods, and when both outside detection means 12a, 12b come to ON, said device sends out the detection signal for excess loading.

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、自動倉庫に使用される入出庫用クレーンの荷
受渡し装置等に併用し得る在荷及び荷崩れ等異常検出装
置に関するものであって、その目的は、巾が所定範囲内
の荷であれば荷の+l>に関係なく、当該荷が所定位置
に支持されているか否かの在荷検出と荷崩れ等の異常状
態か否かの検出とを確実に行えるような検出装置を提供
することにある。

られた前後−組の検出装置であって、検出装置9は一方
のラック2aとの間で受渡しされるコンテナ6.7に対
して作用するものであり、検出装置1oは他方のラック
2bとの間で受渡しされるコンテナ6.7に対して作用
するものであるが、両者に対して共通の−っの検出装置
を中央一箇所に設けても良い。

え、投光器1i5がらの光線がコンテナ6.7によって
遮られて受光器14に入光しない状態に於てコンテナ検
出信号を次段へ出力し得るように構成されている。

ら、前記一対の外側検出手段の検出位置より若干内側に
左右両端が位置する最大rl+の荷まで、荷11目こ拘
わらずに当該前が所定位置に支持されている状態での在
荷検出動作と、当該前が左右何れかに不当にずれている
状態での荷崩れ検出とを確実に行わせることが出来るの
である。又、必要に応じて実施例に示したように過大中
の荷の検出も行わせ得る。
