Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent sheets from absorption of moisture during storage and to enable the sheets to be separated one by one during feed of the sheets, by a method wherein a sheet feed opening and a separating member are located to a cartridge body containing the sheets, and the sheet feed opening is closed with a member which is openable. CONSTITUTION:A cartridge body 1 is formed into an enclosed hollow boxform body surrounded with vertical, lateral, and longitudinal walls 1a-1f, and sheets 2 are contained in the hollow part thereof. This prevents the sheets 2 from absorption of moisture through maintenance of airtightness. Perforations 3 are formed on the sheet delivery side of an upper wall 1a, a front wall 1e, left and right walls 1c and 1d to form an opening part 4. In a condition in which the opening part 4 is removed, separating members 5, matching the stifness of the sheet 2, are attached to the corner parts formed by the left and right walls 1c and 1d, and the front wall 1e. This prevents the sheets 2 from absorption of moisture during storage, and enables the sheets 2 to be reliably separated one by one during feed of the sheets.
