ペーサに密着させる芯金と、電極の配列方向他端より電
極を押圧して各スペーサに密着させる押圧体とを含むも
のにおいて、少なくとも一つの可動スペーサの可動方向
両面に異磁極性を付与しかつ、固定スペーサに近い面と
対向する治具本体部分に可動スペーサの対向面と同磁極
性を、固定スペーサから遠い面と対向する治具本体部分
に可動スペーサの対向面と異なる磁極性をそれぞれ付与
