    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 磁性キャリアとトナーとからなる現像剤と、該現像剤を
    磁力によりその表面に付着させて回転する現像ロールと
    、該現像ロールに付着する現像剤の量を規制する規制部
    材と、下方に閉口部を有し補給用トナーを収納する収納
    容器とを有する現像装置において、前記収納容器開口部
    に前記規制部材の前記現像ロール回転方向上流側の現像
    剤溜り量に応じて開閉制御される開閉部材を設けたこと
    を特徴とする現像装置。
