    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 空気清浄機とレイズドフロアー間に取付、取外し自在に
    架設のパネル体であって、その周枠内に所定の区画用内
    枠を架設してパネル全体を分割し、当該各パネル分割部
    は、その用途に応じて固定若しくはパツキンに対して止
    め具にて圧着された着脱自在とすると共に当該着脱自在
    の分割部としては特殊型材に帯電防止処理済みのシート
    を貼ったパネル、空気の還気口用パンチスゲ板、無パン
    チング板等の障子構造のパネルとしてなることを特徴と
    するクリーン・ルーム用還気用仕切パネル。
