  1. ウェハーを保持する治具に装着した熱電対にて温度を検
    出しつつ、所要の温度特性に近似した温度特性を得るよ
    うに治具を挿入、引出しする半導体ウェハーの熱処理装
    置に於いて、２つの均熱部を有することを特徴とする半
    導体熱処理装置。
