    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シートクッション１にシートバック２を折畳可能に取付
    ける枢着部に、前記シートバック２を起立位置で係止す
    る係止部５を備えた第１ヒンジ具３と、前記係止部５に
    係合するストッパー８をもつレバー６を設けた第２ヒン
    ジ具４とを付設した折畳シートのシートロック装置であ
    って、前記第１ヒンジ具３を覆う第１カッ什９パと前記
    第２ヒン、ジ具４を覆う第２カバー１０とをそれぞれ各
    ヒンジ具３．−４に固定すると共に、前記第２カバー１
    ０に、前記ストッパー８を覆うプロテクタ１１を形成し
    、前記第１カバー９に、前記プロテクタ１１のシカバー
    ９内への突入を許るす開口部１２を設けたことを特徴と
    する折畳シートやジートロ　−ツク装置。
