おける切欠きを示す平面図、第４図は組み合わされた゛
外輪の合わせ面における切欠きを示す側面図、第５図ａ
はハウジングに外輪を挿入する状態図、第５図すはハウ
ジングと外輪との係止状態を示す横断面図、第６図およ
び第７図は、それぞれこの考案の他の実施例によるハウ
ジングと外輪との係止状態を示す横断面図である。 図中、１０は下半部ハウジング、１１は上半部ハウジン
グ、１２．１−３は下半部ハウジングと上半部ハウジン
グとのはめ合い面、１４．１５は下半部ハウジングと上
半部ハウジングとの合わせ面、１６．１７は下半部ハウ
ジングと上半部ハウジングとの切欠き、２０は下半部外
輪、２１は上半部外輪、２２．２３は下半部外輪と上半
部外輪との外径面、２４，２４Ａ、２５．２５Ａは下半
部外輪と上半部外輪との合わせ面、２６，２６Ａ、２７
，２７Ａは下半部外輪と上半部外輪との切欠き、３０は
ノックピンである。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）二つ割りのハウジングに二つ割り型のころがり軸
    受を組付けてなる軸受装置において、−下半部ハウジン
    グの合わせ面と上半部ハウジングの合わせ面との少なく
    とも一方に、外輪とのはめ合い面を開口側とする切欠き
    を設け、下半部外輪の合わせ面と上半部外輪の合わせ面
    との少なくとも一方、もしくは下半部外輪と上半部外輪
    との少なくとも一方の片方側の合わせ面の端縁から円周
    方向に偏位した前記外輪の外径面に、外径面を開口側と
    する切欠きを、前記ハウジング側の切欠きの軸方向位置
    に対応して設け、前記下半部ハウジングと上半部ハウジ
    ングとが下半部外輪と上半部外輪とにはめ合わされて位
    置合わせされた切欠きの中に、ノックピンが嵌入されて
    いることを特徴とする二つ割りころがり軸受装置。
  2. （２）ハウジング側の切欠きの側面が、合わせ面に対し
    て直交する半円形状の円周面を形成し、切欠きの底面が
    、合わせ面に対して平行な平面を形成している実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の二つ割りころがり軸受装置
    。
