Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 長手方向に薄形ＩＣを並べて搭載するように構成した杆
    状のヒートブロックと、上記のヒートブロックの両側に
    平行に設けた杆状のリードサポータとを有する薄形ＩＣ
    のプリヒート用搬送装置において、前記のヒートブロッ
    クを上下に平行移動せしめる案内手段、駆動手段と、同
    ヒートブロックを長手方向に往復せしめる案内手段、駆
    動手段とを設けて薄形ＩＣを間欠的に搬送するように構
    成したことを特徴とする薄形ＩＣのプリヒート用搬送装
    置。
