    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体流路内に一対の翼が回動可能に軸受され、該軸を基
    準にして一方の翼が他方の翼に比して流体の受圧面積が
    大で且つ重量が大となるように形成されたメインダンパ
    ーと、前記流路内においてメインダンパーの設置位置よ
    り上流側に該メインダンパーの一対の翼より流体の受圧
    面積が小で且つ重量が小となるように形成された一対の
    翼が回動可能に軸支されたパイロットダンパーと、該パ
    イロットダンパーの支軸を所定角度だけ回転駆動する駆
    動装置とから構成されたことを特徴とする流量調整弁装
    置。
