    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光ファイバと、発光素子と、前記光ファイバおよび発光
    素子の出射光がブリュースター角で入射するように配置
    された入射側偏光板と、前記偏光板の透過光と出射光と
    の光軸を一坦平行化し、その後再び交叉せしめる光学系
    と、交叉せしめた位置に前記透過光と出射光とをブルー
    スター角で入射せしめるように配置した出射側の偏光板
    と、前記光学系内に配置され前記入射側偏光板の透過光
    もしくは反射光のいずれか一方のみの光路上に配置され
    た偏光変換素子と、前記出射側の偏光板の透過光および
    反射光の各光路上に光ファイバおよび受光素子とが配置
    されていることを特徴とする光分岐結合回路。　　　１
