Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透光性を有する絶縁物基板の一方の面に導電性を有する
    薄膜により陽極導体を形成し、少なくとも前記薄膜の一
    部を包含する領域を表示パターンとするように開口部を
    有する絶縁層を設け、該絶縁層の開口部には電子線によ
    り発光する蛍光体層が設けられ、該壷光体層からの発光
    を前記透光性を有する絶縁物基板の他方の側から見る蛍
    光表示管において、前記導電性を有する薄膜で形成され
    た陽極のある基板面上に、少くとも陽極間の絶縁を保ち
    得る間隙を除いて全て前記薄膜が形成されていることを
    特徴とする蛍光表示管。
