要部を示す図である。 イ：外周刃、Ａ−Ａ：基準面、ロ：底刃、ｍ：すくい面

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）回転中心軸近傍に底刃を有するエンドミノｌｚｌ
    とおいて、少なくとも回転中心軸近傍に位置する切刃に
    、ホーニングが施こされていることを特徴とする刃先強
    化エンドミル。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、回転中
    心軸側に位置する切刃のホーニング量が外周側に位置す
    る切刃のホーニング量より大であることを特徴とする刃
    先強化エンドミル。
  3. （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第２項にお
    いてエンドミルの外径寸法の１７２内の直径範囲内の中
    心軸側に位置する切刃部分のホーニングが、切削主運動
    方向に直交する基準面に対し、基本的に２５°〜７０°
    の角度で設けられていることを特徴とする刃先強化エン
    ドミル。
