第１図は従来の圧力センサの断面図、第２図は本考案の
一実施例を示す圧力センサの組立断面図である。図にお
いて１はシリコン・ダイヤフラム型圧力センサ素子、２
は台座、３，９は加圧棒、４はケース、５はフィルム、
６はお、ねじ部、７はめねじ部、８は案内部、１０は針
先形状、１１はストレート部、１２はフランジ部、１３
は弾性体である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリコン・ダイヤフラム型圧力センサ素子と、外側にお
    ねじ部を有する台座と、内側一端にめねじ部を有し他端
    にこのめねじ部より小さい案内穴を有するケースと、こ
    のケースのめねじ部より小さく且つ中央に逃げ穴を有す
    る弾性体、および一端が、針先形状で他端がストレート
    で且つ軸中央付近にフランジ部を有する加圧棒とからな
    る圧力−センサにおいて、前記ケースの案内穴に前記加
    圧棒の他端側かスライド自在に挿入され、前記センサ素
    子を固着した台座のめねじ部は前記ケースのおねじ部に
    螺合され、前記針先形状の先端と前記センサ素子とが、
    接触し、前記加圧棒のフランジ部と前記台座とを押し付
    ける様に前記弾性体が前記ケース内に装着され、且つ前
    記ケースの外側端面から前記加圧棒の他端側か僅か突出
    したことを特徴とする圧力センサ。
