なり高設備費を必要とする問題がある。FIGS. 1 and 2 show a conventional stator coil forming method and an apparatus for carrying out the forming method. In other words, expansion pieces 3a and 3b for expanding the diameter of the coil end are attached to the guide tube 2 for the stator core, which has a bullet-shaped guide 1 at the tip.
The extension pieces 3a, 3 are attached at intervals, and are moved forward and backward by the rod of the piston 4 inserted into the guide tube 2 from the rear end.
b is made to simultaneously expand and contract from the inside via a pair of taper cones 5a and 5b via engagement members 6a and 6b.
Such a coil forming pick-up tool 7 is fixed to one end of the bed 8, and the stator core 10 is attached to each extension piece of the coil forming jig 7 using a core holder 9 that slides from the other end of the bed 8 to one end side. 3a
, 3b to a position where each coil end 11a, 11b is covered. And each coil end 11a,
Each extension piece 3 moves the rod of the piston 4 forward via a predetermined cylinder mechanism with the extension piece 11b engaged with each extension piece 3a, 3b, and performs an expanding operation via the taper cone 5a, 5b.
The coil ends 11a and 11b are simultaneously pushed apart by the coil ends 11a and 3b to form a fixed open shape. However, in such a conventional method, each coil end 11a, 11
Since the coil-forming pick-up tool 7 drives the pair of expansion pieces 3a and 3b at the same time, the above-mentioned complicated configuration is required, resulting in a problem that high equipment costs are required.

である。In addition, when changing the forming stage, for example, stator iron with different stacking thickness
When carrying out the above, the guide core 2 is replaced according to the changed dimensions of the coil end, and each expansion piece 3a, 3 is replaced.
There is a problem in that very complicated operations such as adjustment of the taper cones 5a, 5b, etc. and the need for preliminary equipment are required.
This invention was made to solve such problems, and it not only simplifies the structure of the coil forming pick-up and lowers its cost, but also allows operations to be performed when changing forming stages easily and in a short time. Moreover, the present invention provides a stator coil molding method and apparatus that can improve the molding speed.

Installed as possible. This molding guide 16
It has an annular shape with an outer surface that matches the inner surface shape of the coil end after molding, and has a flange-like stopper portion 17 projecting from its rear end. In addition, only one set of expansion members 19 is provided at the tip of the guide tube i4 at the rear side of the bullet-shaped guide 18, and this expansion member 19 is attached to the rod of the piston 20 inserted from the rear of the guide tube 14. taper cone 31'
Therefore, the vertical expansion operation is performed from the inside. In addition"
A plurality of protrusions 21 are integrally provided on the outer peripheral surface of the guide tube 14 in a shape similar to a gear. The core pedestal 28 that carries the stator core 22 to such a coil forming jig 27 allows the bed 12 to be stopped in two stages via the engine side portion 29. In other words, this core holder 28 supports the coil end 3 of the held stator core 22 on the coil forming jig 27 side.
The first molding position where 0a is covered with the expansion member 19 (Fig. 4)
It is possible to stop once at the second forming position (FIG. 5) where the coil end 30b on the opposite side advances beyond this point and is covered with the expansion member 19.
Then, the forming guide 16 described above is placed in advance at the coil end 30 of the stator core 22 on the side opposite to the pick-up tool, which has come to the second forming position.
The coil end 30a is positioned at a position where it can be stopped by the stopper portion 17, and the coil end 30a is fixed in an iron-covered state. Next, the molding method will be explained.

First, the core holder 28 is slid to the first forming position, the lead wire side coil end 30a is covered with the expansion member 19, and the piston 20
expansion member 19 through the rod and tapered cone 31
By moving the lead wire side coil end 30a into a predetermined open shape (FIG. 4). Thereafter, the expansion part village 19 is moved in a striped motion, and the core pedestal 28 is slid to the second molding position. In other words, the coil end 30a on the wire side which is formed first is connected to the forming guide 1 on the base end side of the guide tube 14.
6, and the coil end 30a.
The distal end portion of the molding guide 16 is fixed in contact with the stopper portion 17 of the molding guide 16. Then, the curved edge side coil end 30b is newly placed on the expansion member 19, and this expansion member 1
9 is expanded again, the curved wire side coil end 30b is also formed into a predetermined opening shape (
Figure 5). According to such a forming method, after forming one coil end 30a, the stator iron ○22 is moved to a predetermined position, and the coil end 30a on the formed side is formed.
Since the other coil end 30b is molded while fixing the core holder 28, the molding operation can be performed sequentially and continuously by, for example, stopping the core holder 28 in two steps, so that the molding operation can be performed smoothly.
And it can be done at high speed.

線側コイルエンド30bの成形を行う。In other words, each coil end 30a? Since 30b is molded side by side, the first molding can be performed without regard to changes in stacking thickness, etc., and it is only necessary to change the fixed position of the stator core 22 during the second molding. Therefore, the configuration of the above embodiment in which the forming guide 16 as a fixing means is moved and adjusted in the brooding direction with respect to the expansion member 19 is sufficient to cope with the forming of coil ends with various spacings, and the guide tube 14 can be replaced easily. And,
This eliminates the need for troublesome operations such as adjusting the expansion member 19, the taper cone 31, etc., or the need for backup equipment. Further, operations for changing the molding stage can be performed easily and in a short time. According to such a forming apparatus, the amount of movement of the stator iron ○ 22 to the second forming position can be changed, and the forming guide 16 fixed to the guide groove 15 of the guide tube 14 can be moved by the expanding member 19.
The structure is such that the movement can be adjusted in the direction toward and away from the object. Therefore, even when there is a change in the lamination of the stator core 22, the coil end 30a on the lead wire side can be sufficiently formed by simply moving the forming guide 16. Therefore, there is no need for troublesome adjustment operations of the expansion pieces 3a and 3b, the taper cones 5a and 5b, etc. as in the prior art, and even if there is variation in the core stack thickness, it can be easily accommodated. Further, in this forming apparatus, although the driving source is only in one direction driven by the piston 20', the coil end 30a on the lead wire side is fixed by the forming guide 16, and the warped coil end 30b on the lead wire side is formed.

法及びその装置を提供できる。Therefore, by changing the stroke of the rod of the piston 20, the amount of expansion of the expansion member 19 at the coil end 30a on the lead wire side and the coil end 30b on the warped lead wire side can be changed. Since this operation can be performed, the lead wire side coil end 30a can be expanded to a larger extent, making it easier to insert the next phase coil, which will prevent scratches from occurring on the next phase coil.
No more damage to the slot insulation. In the above embodiment, the coil end 30a was fixed during the second forming by moving the stator core 22, that is, by moving the core pedestal 28. 27 can of course be of a type that is inserted into the stator core 22. In short, after forming one coil end 30a, the fixed state necessary for forming the other coil end 30b can be obtained by moving the stator core 22 or the coil forming pick-up 27 to a predetermined position. According to the invention described above, it is possible to simplify the structure and reduce the cost of the coil-formed sleeve, and
It is possible to provide a method and apparatus for molding a stator coil, which allows operations to be performed easily and in a short time when changing the molding stage, and also improves the molding speed.
