た口部装着部材２と、この口部装着部材２に嵌合した取
付部１３から延設した細長な板状の基板１４の長手方向
上面中央部に溝状の液通路１９を凹設した基台１５、前
記基板１４の短手方向両縁部に係嵌した平行な左右９係
合脚２４，２４から下部を２又状とした多数の歯１６を
適宜間隔で一列に立設した櫛歯部材１７、スポンジから
なる細長な板状であって、前記液通路１９上面を塞ぐよ
うに前記係合脚２４．２５間に挟着されて歯１６群下部
の割溝２３部に通し配設された塗布用ブラシ１８との塗
