  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　基台適所を回動中心として回動自在に枢支された回
    動体の上方部でかつ前記回動中心側に刃物を設けると共
    に、前記回動体の回動面と略直交する軸を中心として被
    皮むき物品を回転させる為の被皮むき物品保持手段及び
    該保持手段に回転力を付与する回転力付与手段を有する
    皮む□　き器に於いて、回動軸を中心として回動自在に
    枢支された回動体に対して、刃物の取着せられた刃物体
    を少なくとも皮むき作業中に於いては前記回動中心方向
    へ付勢する如く摺動自在に設けた皮むき器。 ２　刃物の取着された刃物体と該刃物体を摺動自在に保
    持する回動体との間にはこる又は球よりなる摺動抵抗減
    少手段を有することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
