    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧力を受けるダイアフラムと、このダイアフラムによっ
    て受圧された圧力を電気信号に変換する圧電体とを一体
    化した受圧部を有し、前記ダイアフラムの周辺を支持固
    定した圧力センサにおいて、前記ダイアフラムの固定領
    域よりは内側で、前記圧電体の外側の領域に屈曲部を有
    することを特徴とする圧力センサ。
