交換装置の全体構成を示す略縦断側面図、第２図は温度
センサの設置位置を示す熱交換器本体の略正面図、第３
図は電磁開閉弁を駆動する回路を示すブロック線図であ
る。又第４〜５図は本考案の応用例の第１例を示してお
り、第４図は熱交換器本体下部の縦断側面図、第５図は
第４図のＡ−Ａ断面図、第６〜７図は同第２例を示して
おり、第６図は熱交換器下部の縦断正面図、第７図は伝
熱管下端部の斜視図である。更に、第８図は広く使用さ
れている熱交換器本体の正面図である。 １：伝熱管、２：フィン、３：コア部、４：座板、５ａ
、５ｂ：タンク、６：入口管、７：出口管、８：熱交換
器本体、９：抜気管、１０：通気管、１１：電磁開閉弁
、１２：第一の温度センサ、１３・・・第二の温度セン
サ、１４：制御器、１５ａｉ５ｂ：温度検出回路、１７

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 多数の伝熱管とフィンとから成るコア部の上下にそれぞ
    れタンクを固定し、上側のタンクに入口管を、下側のタ
    ンクに出口管をそれぞれ設けた熱交換器本体と、この熱
    交換器本体の下側のタンクの上端部に設けた抜気管に一
    端を接続し途中に電磁開閉弁を設けた通気管と、上記コ
    ア部の風上側と風下側とに設はコア部通過前後の冷却用
    空気の温度を検出する第一、第巨の温度センサと、熱交
    換器本体内に送り込まれる高温流体の温度を検出する第
    三の温度センサと、第一、第二、第三の各温度センサか
    らの信号が入力され、第三の温度センサが検知する高温
    流体の温度が一定値以上でしかも第一、第二の温度セン
    サが検知するコア部通過前後の空気の温度が一定値以下
    の場合にのみ、前記電磁開閉弁を開く信号を出す制御器
    とから成る熱交換装置。
