スタである。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部
分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体スイッチング素子を備えた交流モータを駆動させ
    るインバータ主回路と、チョークコイル及び電解コンデ
    ンサから成り電源電流リップルを低減させるフィルタ回
    路を有するインバータ回路において、上記電解コンデン
    サと直列に配設されて電解コンデンサの故障による過電
    流を遮断する１ユーズと、上記インバータ主回路の電源
    間に配設されて、ヒユーズが溶断した時に発生するサー
    ジ電圧を上記半導体スイッチング素子の耐電圧以下に抑
    制する素子と、少なくとも上記ヒユーズ溶断時のサージ
    電圧を検出し、インバータ主回路の動作を停止させるサ
    ージ電圧検出回路を備えたことを特徴とするインバータ
    回路。
