    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電子部品および電子機器の機能試験を行う試験装置にお
    いて、被試験物の特性を測定する各種計測器と、−゛被
    試験物に基準信号や電源を供給する各種供給源と、上記
    各種計測器および上記各種供給源を制御する制御パネル
    と、上記各種供給源が被試験物に供給する基準信号や電
    源電圧の出力値を蓄える記憶回路と、その出力値のドリ
    フト量を演算分析する分析回路と、そのドリフト量の程
    度によって分析周期を自動的に最適に決定する分析周期
    回路と、ドリフト量の大きさを基に、上記供給源のいづ
    れかが不安定で校正を要する旨を知らせる警報回路左を
    有することを特徴とする試験装置。
