    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 貯湯槽の熱媒を熱媒管路にて室内側熱交換器に給送循環
    させる暖房回路と、該熱媒を熱媒冷却用熱交換器により
    冷却し、両端を該熱媒管路に連結したバイパス管路を介
    して該室内側熱交換器に給送循環させる冷房回路とを併
    有する冷暖房装置において、前記熱媒管路と前記バイパ
    ス管路の一端とを１個の３方切換の弁体を介して連結し
    たことを特徴とする冷暖房装置。
