第１図は、従来のウィンドコンパレータ回路の一例を示
す回路図、第２図は、この考案の一実施例を示す回路図
、第３図は、この考案に係る被検出電圧と検出電圧の関
係を示した説明図であり、図において１は被検出電源、
２と３は分圧抵抗、４と５は基準電圧用ツェナーダイオ
ード、６と７は電圧比較器、８と９はインピーダンス整
合抵抗、１０と１１は電流制限抵抗、１２はＯＲゲート
回路、１３は被検出側基準電源、１４は出力端子、１５
は電流伝達素子（ホトカプラ）、１６はスイッチングト
ランジスタ、１７と１８と１９はツェナーダイオード、
２０と２１は電流制限抵抗、２２は電流増幅トランジス
タ、２３は保護用ツェナーダイオード、２４と２５と２
６は電流制限抵抗、２７は検出側電源である。なお、図
中同一符号は同一または、相当部分を示しである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被検出電源と、上記被検出電源の出力端に直列に接続さ
    れた第１の抵抗と、上記第１の抵抗にカソードを接続し
    た第１のツェナーダイオードと、上記第１のツェナーダ
    イオードのカソードから並列にベーンを接続されたトラ
    ンジスタと、上記トランジスタのエミッタと上記第１の
    ツェナーダイオードのアノード間に接続された第２の抵
    抗と、上記被検出電源にカソードと北記トランジスタの
    エミッタにアノードを接続された第２のツェナーダイオ
    ードと、上記第２のツェナーダイオードのカソードから
    並列にカソードを接続された第３のツェナーダイオード
    と、上記第３のツェナーダイオードのアノードに発光ダ
    イオードのアノードを接続された電流伝達素子と、上記
    電流伝達素子の発光ダイオードのカソードを上記トラン
    ジスタのコレクタに接続されたこれら上記の被検出側回
    路と、上記電流伝達素子の出力端に接続された増幅回路
    から構成され、上記増幅回路の出力端から検出される信
    号を出力としたことを特徴としたウィンドコンパレータ
    回路。
