The former motorquan method can obtain a large air volume and rapidly purify the air, but it is unsuitable for general homes and hospitals where quietness is required due to the high noise during use, and the latter ion wind method Although almost complete noise reduction can be achieved using these methods, each method has the disadvantage that it is very difficult to obtain a large amount of airflow, and in particular, it is extremely difficult to perform rapid purification.

There was a strong desire to create an air purifier that could be used to take advantage of this.

A motor fan is driven by a switching means to increase the air volume and purify the air rapidly.

が可能になるものである。In this embodiment, a high voltage causes a corona current to flow between the ionizing electrode 4 and the counter electrode 6, and the ions collide with air molecules to generate an air flow due to their viscosity. This is the ionic wind. At the same time as the ion wind is generated, the ions charge the dust in the dust-containing air, and this charged dust receives electrostatic force due to the high electric field formed between the accelerating electrode 6 and the counter electrode 5, and is transferred to the counter electrode 5. Dust is collected by suction.Furthermore, when the fan 15 is also rotated by the changeover switch, the air intake port 12
The dust-containing air sucked in from the air outlet 13 is blown into the air passage through the discharge port 13, is similarly charged by the ionization section, and is attracted and collected by the counter electrode 5. At this time, if only ionized air is used, the amount of air used to process dust-laden air is set to the minimum necessary to purify the air in the room at all times, achieving complete silence and at the same time reducing the ionization current. It is possible to reduce the amount of ozone generated, and it is also possible to eliminate ozone odor, which was the biggest problem when trying to obtain a large amount of air with ionized wind. Also, when the dirt is particularly heavy, the 77-n 15 is rotated to increase the processing air volume, but since there is already air volume from the ion wind, the additional amount is only a small amount and the ultra-low speed rotation (
1oo to 600 r, p, m), a sufficient increase in air volume can be obtained, and rapid purification is possible with almost no increase in noise.

By using these products together, they can be used to compensate for each other's shortcomings and take advantage of only their strengths, which is extremely effective in providing an air purifier that is easy to use in actual use. It is something.
