２図は、第１図の実施例の要部を示す拡大断面図である
。第３図は、第１図の実施例の作動状態を示す図で、第
２図に対応する図である。 第４図乃至第６図は、それぞれ第１図の実施例の組立過
程を説明する部分断面図で、第４図はベロフラムゴムを
作動ロンドに固定した段階を示し、第５図は第４図の状
態のベロフラムゴムが変形せしめられた段階を示し、第
６図は二つのケースの開口部分を突き合わせる段階を示
す図である。第７図乃至第９図は、それぞれ従来のダイ
ヤフラム形シリンダの組付過程を説明する図で、第７図
および第９図は第５図および第６図に相当し、第８図は
第７図の状態の部品を第一ケースに組み込む段階の平面
図である。 １０：第一ケース、１２：第二ケース、１４：ハウジン
グ、１６．１８：突き合わせ部、２０：ベロフラムゴム
、２２：周縁部、２４：大気室、２６：負圧室、３０：
作動ロンド、４６：ポート、５０：フランジ部（厚肉部

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）二つの有底円筒状ケースをそれ等の開口部分にお
    いて突き合わせて固着せしめ、缶体状ノ＼ウジングを形
    成せしめる一方、それ等二つのケースの突き合わせ部に
    変位可能なベロフラムゴムの周縁部を挾持せしめて固定
    することにより、前記形成されたハウジングの内部空間
    を二つの室に仕切り、その一方の室内に、該ハウジング
    に設けられたポートを通じて所定の空気圧を印加せしめ
    て、該ベロフラムゴムを変位させ、以て該ベロフラムゴ
    ムに取り付けられた作動ロッドをその軸方向に移動せし
    めるようにしたダイヤフラム形シリンダにおいて、 該ベロフラムゴムの前記二つのケースの突キ合わせ部に
    挾持させる附近の少なくとも一部を、周方向全長にわた
    って厚肉となし、該ベロフラムゴムの周縁部分の真円度
    を高めたことを特徴とするダイヤプラム形シリンダ。
  2. （２）前記ベロフラムゴムの厚肉部が、前記二つのケー
    スの突き合わせ部に挾持された部分と該突き合わせ部か
    ら前記ハウジングの内面に沿って所定長さ延びる部分と
    から構成された略り字形断面を有する実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項に、記載のダイヤフラム形シリンダ。
