    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 屋内電力線に負荷制御信号及び音声信号を重畳、して負
    荷制御と、通話交信とを行なうようにした電力線搬送方
    式において、負荷制御信号に非常に近い伝送速度を有す
    る低周波のトーン信号を音声信号に重畳し伝送する手段
    と、負荷制御復調回路において、トーン信号を無意味な
    データと判断することにより通話交信中であることを認
    識する受信手段とからなることを特徴とする負荷制御装
    置。
