Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電子部品をエアーで吹き送って搬送し、その途中で搬送
    方向をほぼ１８０°反転させる装置において、搬入口と
    搬出口との中間に電子部品を一旦停止せしめる反転室を
    設け、搬入口と反転室との間に管状の搬入レールを設け
    ると共に、反転室と搬出口との間に管状の搬出レールを
    設け、かつ、上記の搬入レールと搬出レールとは反転室
    付近において平面的配置を等しくすると共に傾斜を異に
    し、更に前記搬入レール及び搬出レールの少なくとも底
    面の一部を全長にわたって導電性材料で構成し、搬出レ
    ールの頂面の少なくとも三部分を透明材料で構成したこ
    とを特徴とする、電子部品の方向反転搬送装置。
