  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 70〜80%のソーセージ用線上げ肉1と、それに略均
    質に混在せしめた30〜20%のこんにや(2とから成
    るソーセージであり、 ソーセージ用線上げ肉1は、豚肉その他適宜の畜肉と繋
    ぎ用肉、適宜の魚肉と繋ぎ用肉、若しくは適宜の畜肉と
    魚肉と繋ぎ用肉を、適宜ミンチまたはカツテングして線
    上げたものであり、こんにや(2は、こんにゃく精粉、
    ペースト(精粉を練ったもの)、または固形こんにゃく
    (板こんにゃく、糸こんにゃく等)をミンチ若しくはカ
    ツテングしたものであり、 上記両者1,2を混練したものを周知のソーセージ製造
    手段で処理して設けたものであるところの、 こんにや(入りソーセージ。
