B. Prior Art Dyeing pangu is used for the purpose of dyeing continuously supplied fabrics. In the dyeing process using such a dyeing padder, conventionally it was common to dye a large loft of 10,000 meters for one color, but recently it has become possible to produce a large variety of products in small lots. Therefore, the size of the dyeing lot is often set to about 500 to 1000 meters. The moving speed of the fabric in the dyeing padder is approximately 60 to 100 meters/min (7 degrees), so if the dyeing loft is set to 600 meters per color, the dyeing time is only 6 to 100 meters/min (7 degrees). It only takes 10 minutes. On the other hand, after finishing processing for one dye loft, the padder's dye bath is cleaned and new dye bath for the subsequent dye loft is supplied into the washed dye bath. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to apply electricity. In other words, the preparatory time is almost twice as long as the dyeing operation time, and the efficiency of the pasoding process is significantly impaired. However, some technical proposals have been made to solve the problems associated with such conventional padders. For example, in the Senkeizai Shimbun published on January 1, 1980, Approximately 3 times the guiding cloth connecting between the two passes through
The bung is designed to automatically perform dye preparation work such as cleaning the padder body and the inside of the dye tank, supplying new dye solution, and cleaning the guide rollers of the dryer within minutes. has been done. This padder is composed of a two-stage reversible dye bath lifting device, a solenoid valve for switching between liquid supply and washing, and a micropro sensor, etc., and the dye bath is controlled separately during dyeing, supply and drainage, and washing. Configured to occupy different operating positions. By submerging such an operating position exchange mechanism in the dye vat (one immersion), the preparation time for the bangu was considerably shortened compared to the conventional bhang. Because of the method used, it was not possible to overlap the cleaning time and the time for supplying a new dye solution, and it was virtually impossible to shorten the preparation time to 3 minutes or less.

While the pad dyeing according to a new dyeing program is progressing with the dye liquor in the second dye liquor tank (2°), the first dye is transferred to the first preparatory liquor supply position (Pl). Liquid tank (2)
In this step, the same secondary cleaning and injection of new dye solution as at the second preparatory liquid supply level 1t (Pz) are performed. That is, the dye bath (2) is filled with wash water supplied from the wash water supply pipe (5) provided at the first preparation liquid supply position (Pl).
After the secondary cleaning of the dye liquid and the air purge in the pipe by compressed air flow are completed, a new dye liquid is supplied from the dye liquid supply pipe (4) into the dye liquid [(2), Return to the staining position (D) and complete the preparation operations. On the other hand, during this period, the dye liquor supply pipe (4), which has finished supplying the dye liquor at the second preparatory supply level Fl (Pz), continues to supply the preparatory liquor while the dye liquor tank (2') is absent. Cleaning and air purging are performed in the same manner as in liquid position (P+) in preparation for execution of the next dyeing program.

E9 Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above explanation, according to the method of the present invention, part of the cleaning time of the dye bath and the injection time of new dye solution can be made to overlap with the fabric dyeing operation time. Preparation time can be reduced to about 1 to 2 minutes per 10 tons. Accordingly, by connecting the fabrics to be dyed with a guide cloth of an appropriate length, the fabrics can be continuously run without stopping the operation of the entire process. Moreover, the length of the guide cloth required in this case is sufficient for running for 1 to 2 minutes, so that the loss of the guide cloth can be reduced. Therefore, the productivity of the banding process can be maintained at a good level even in the recent dyeing process of a wide variety of products in small lots.

Furthermore, since the device of the present invention has a simple structure in which a means for raising and lowering the dye bath and a means for horizontally moving it are attached to the main body of the bung, there is no risk of a significant increase in the manufacturing cost of the padder. Its wandering efficiency can also be maintained at an extremely high level.
