を示すシステムの系統図である。 １８：冷凍機、２２：冷却塔、２５：受水槽、３０：水
質監視装置、３１：制御装置、３３：モーター付バタフ
ライバルブ、３６，３７：排水配管。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 建造物用空調装置における冷凍機および冷媒凝縮器用冷
    却水の冷却塔下部に配設された受水槽の底部に、制御装
    置によって開閉を制御されるバルブを有する排水配管が
    取付けられていると共に、前記受水槽内には水質監視装
    置が配設され、該装置の水質検出信号は、前記制御装置
    に入力されるよう構成されており、該制御装置は、設定
    値以上の水質悪化信号に応じて前記バルブを開とするよ
    う構成されていることを特徴とする建造物用空調装置の
    冷却塔。
