  1. 粘性式ファンクラッチの出力側に被停止部材を備えたロ
    ータを設け、前記被停止部材に近接してエンジンホテイ
    側に固定された停止手段を配設し、エンジンの水温セン
    サ及び回転センサからの情報により前記停止手段を作動
    させる制御回路を設けたことを特徴とする内燃機関の冷
    却装置。
