Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）背面電極上に誘電体層、発光層及び透明電極を形
    成し、該背面電極及び透明電極の少なくとも一方の電極
    の一端部から該電極と同一平面上に張り出し部を突設し
    、電極取出し用のリードフレームの一方のリード部を該
    張り出し部へ接続するとともに他方のリード部を上記電
    極の他端部へ接続してなるＥＬ素子。
  2. （２）前記リードフレームの一方のリード部がその先端
    部においてＬ状に屈曲されることによって他方のリード
    部に対し段部を有してなる、実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載のＥＬ素子。
