    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 作業台の上面板に多数の噴出孔を設け、フィルタで清浄
    にされた空気を前記噴出孔より噴出させて、前記上面板
    の上部を高い清浄度の空間とするように構成されたこと
    を特徴とするクリーンベンチ。
