Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車体の取付フロアのプレート取付部に固定、されたラチ
    ェットプレートに操作レバーが揺動可能に−枢着され、
    該操作レバーのケーブル連結部が前記取付フロアに穿設
    された開口部を揺動可能に貫通して、該取付フロアの下
    方に突出し、かつ前記プレート取付部が前記開口部の両
    側に配設されて成り、前記操作レバーを引き起した際に
    、前記連結部に接続されたケーブルを引いて、車輪を制
    動するレバ一式パーキングブレーキ装置において、前記
    ラチェットプレート下部両端の第１被取付面および第２
    被取付面をストッパ基準面とし、前記操作レバーを最大
    に引き起した際に、前記第１被取付面に直接に、または
    一方の前記プレート取付部を介して当接し、前記操作レ
    バーの回動を制限する第１ストッパ部を前記連結部の一
    方の側端部に設け、かつ前記操作レバーを解除位置に押
    し戻した際に、前記第２被取付面に直接に、または他方
    の前記プレート取付部を介して当接し、前記操作レバー
    の回動を制限する第２ストッパ部を前記連結部の他方の
    側端部に設けたことを特徴とするレバ一式パーキングブ
    レーキ装置′。
