    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. バグフィルタ装置の集塵の際の空気流と逆方向に、バグ
    フィルタに圧縮空気を瞬間的に噴射させて、前記バグフ
    ィルタに付着した粉塵を払い落とすパルスエア式バグフ
    ィルタ装置において、クリーンサイドに外気取入ダンパ
    を備えた外気取入口を設け、前記圧縮空気を噴射させる
    際に、前記外気取入ダンパを開成させるよう構成したこ
    とを特徴とするパルスエア式バグフィルタ装置。
