Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　超音波送、受波器によって超音波信号の送受信を行
    なう超音波センサにおいて、 前記超音波送、受波器を収容するケースと、該ケースに
    設けられた導電性の発熱抵抗体と、 該発熱抵抗体に通電を行なう通電手段とを備えることを
    特徴とする超音波センサ。 ２　前記ケースは、超音波信号の送受信方向に指向性を
    持たせるためのホーンを備え、かつ、前−配充熱抵抗体
    は、該ホーンに設けられていることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の超音波センサ。 ３　前記発熱抵抗体は、超音波送、受波器とケースとの
    間に介在された導電性弾性体からなるインシュレータで
    あることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の超音波センサ。
