    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ヒーターを内蔵するホットラムと、その先端面に連成さ
    れた加熱用チップとを備え、該チップをフラットパッケ
    ージ型ＩＣのリードに接続せしめて加熱し半田付けを行
    なうホットラム式半田付は治具において、チップがホッ
    トラム先端面に接して対向移動可能な対向部分から成り
    、半田付けを行なうフラットパッケージ型ＩＣの相対向
    するリードの間隔に対応して前記チップの対向部分を適
    正位置まで移動した後ホットラムに固定することを特徴
    とするホットラム式半田付は治具。
