Abstract

PURPOSE:To maintain hot water with stable temperature at all times and consequently improve operational convenience by a method wherein the water in a heat exchanger is heated in case that the solar heat alone is not enough for the required heat quantity by covering the outer periphery of a heat exchanger comprising a part of a heat collecting circuit with an auxiliary heater in order to store hot water with desired temperature in a hot water storage tank. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary electric heater 14 consisting of a planar heat generating body is wound so as to closely contact with the outer periphery of a heat exchanger 3'. On the days with poor insolation or small collected heat energy and with low atmospheric temperature, an energizing switch 20 is turned ON by hand. When the water temperature at the inlet of the heat exchanger 3' is lower than the desired temperature set by a temperature controller 19, the temperature on the water side rises very quickly by receiving heat from both flon gas and the auxiliary heater 14. After that, when said water temperature reaches the set temperature, the temperature controller 19 stops the energizing the power to the auxiliary heater 14.

Conventional Structure and Problems A heat collector 1, a compressor 2, a heat exchanger 3, and an expansion valve 4 are all connected in sequence to form a heat collection circuit using a refrigeration cycle. Water is circulated by a heat exchanger 3 using a pump 1o to a hot water storage tank 9 equipped with a water supply port 5, a hot water supply port 6, a circulation lower, and 8, and solar heat is stored.Of course, the amount of heat obtained from the solar heat is: 11 ``I'm always worried, and it's very difficult to complete the entire hot water supply load with just this. Therefore, we need to supply hot water from the hot water tank 9 [216] via other auxiliary heat sources 11 (e.g. boilers, electric water heaters, etc.). A system has been used to supply hot water using water.

Structure of the Invention The present invention uses an auxiliary heater on the outer periphery of a non-exchanger that is a component of a heat collection circuit, and heats water in the heat exchanger with this heater when the amount of heat is insufficient due to solar heat alone. Hot water is stored in a hot water tank.

In FIG. 2, the solar heat collecting circuit is the same as in FIG. Freon gas is used as a heat medium in the heat collection circuit. In FIG. 3, the heat exchanger 3' is made into a cylindrical shape by alternately winding a tube 12 having a fluorocarbon gas passage and a tube 13 having a water passage in a helical shape. It is configured to perform direct heat exchange.

If the temperature regulator 19 is set at about 60'C, when the inlet water temperature is below this value, the temperature on the water side will rise very quickly as it receives heat from both the freon gas and the auxiliary heater 14. When the temperature of the water reaches 60°C, the temperature controller 19 stops the electricity supply (1-1).Also, if the set temperature of the temperature controller 19 is about 3°C, the outside air freezes at a very low temperature in winter.
