Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 測定すべき高周波増幅器の出力を広帯域において検波す
    る広帯域検波手段と、前記高周波増幅器に供給する電源
    電圧を可変する電源可変手段と、前記電源電圧の増加も
    しくは減少に伴なう前記広帯域検波手段の検波出力の変
    化を検出する出力検出手段とを備え、前記検波出力が単
    調増加もしくは単調減少しない場合はスプリアス発振が
    あることを判定するスプリアス検出装置。
