点がある。The pulse combustion method is a combustion method similar to a two-cycle engine that repeatedly takes in fuel and air, explodes, and exhausts it, and by causing periodic explosive combustion in a small combustion space,
It has the advantage of lower equipment costs, significantly improved heat transfer efficiency, and lower pollution because there are fewer nitrogen oxide (NOx) discharge caps.

The simplest method is to configure the exhaust gas exhaust path with vertical straight pipes arranged at one end of the combustion chamber. The drawback is that the entire device becomes long, which poses a problem in repairing the pulse combustor.

みても非常に問題がある。In order to correct these drawbacks, it has been considered to bend the combustion exhaust gas exhaust passage vertically and lower the height as much as possible, as shown in Figure 2, but in this case, it becomes a U-shaped pipe. The biggest drawback is that the drain accumulates in some places.In order to eliminate this drawback, a drain outlet is provided below the bent part, and it is connected to the decoupler located at the rear of the tail pipe with a short pipe. If this device is adopted, (a) the drain discharge pipe will become clogged; (b) the tail pipe and main body will expand and contract, stress will be generated in this area, causing damage; (c) a part of the combustion gas will will short-circuit, resulting in poor thermal efficiency. There are drawbacks such as, and the current situation is that management is extremely difficult.Also, as mentioned above, as a drawback, even if the pulse combustor is lowered by bending it up and down, 9, which is extremely problematic in terms of the replacement life of the equipment.

熱の心配が全くない。That is, as shown in Fig. 1, the combustion chamber exists above and there is fluid around it, but with this structure, air bubbles exist above the outer cylinder and the temperature is high. As a result, the temperature of the outer wall surface of the combustion chamber increases, resulting in a shortened service life.In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional pulse combustion device, the present invention provides a pulse combustion device that is further improved by eliminating the drawbacks of As a result of extensive studies, the present invention has been completed with the aim of providing a pulse combustor. In the history of fuel supply systems, both air and fuel premixers are installed outside the fluid heating body (referred to as the outer cylinder).
The air and fuel mixed in the premixer are supplied to the combustion chamber, and the tail pipe and heat transfer tube connected to the rear end of the combustion chamber are connected to the exhaust gas outlet horizontally or horizontally at a position below the combustion chamber. This is a pulse combustion device in which the combustion chamber and the tail pipe are housed in an outer cylinder filled with a fluid to be heated. This provides advantages in handling, and all heat transfer surfaces including the combustion chamber are constantly immersed in the fluid to be heated, so there is no fear of overheating.

Furthermore, the combustion gas passes through a large tube 9- (71) and a heat exchanger tube (9).
9) and is discharged out of the system. The tail pipe (3) and the heat transfer tube (9) may be bent horizontally on the left and right as shown in Figure 3, or bent horizontally as shown in Figure 4 (see Figure 4). (7) is a decoupler;
) is the second heat exchanger (heat exchanger tube) 0 The present invention not only allows drain condensed in the tail pipe or heat exchanger tube to be discharged outside the outer cylinder without difficulty, but also allows the premixer for air and gas to be installed outside the outer cylinder. Since the tail pipe and heat transfer tube are bent, the tail pipe and heat transfer tube are compactly placed inside the outer cylinder, and the volume of the outer cylinder is reduced accordingly. Accordingly, it has many advantages, such as being able to be made smaller and increasing heat exchange efficiency.
